Peachtree Hills Animal Hospital in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our caring team. You will deliver exceptional customer service to pet owners in person and by phone, manage appointments and billing, and help maintain a welcoming lobby and front office.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and comfort handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced veterinary setting, with opportunities to mentor teammates and grow customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in veterinary or medical practice.
• Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience (retail, food & beverage, etc.).
• Computer experience and proficiency required (email usage, Word/Excel, operation of office equipment such as fax machine, copy machine, and postage meter).
• Must possess basic math skills to determine deposits, make change, and process payments via credit card/check terminal.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to pet owners in a polite and timely manner, both in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments, record keeping and organization, provide estimates and invoices for payment
• Respond with compassion and empathy in stressful and emotional situations
• Maintain a clean and orderly lobby and front office area
• Willingness to guide, mentor, and support fellow team members
• Constantly advance your knowledgebase and customer service skills

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1+ years' experience in veterinary or medical practice required
• Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience required (retail,foodand beverage, etc.)
