Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance related).
• Minimum 2 years of financial industry related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical and organization skills.
• Proficiency with financial planning software, Salesforce and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage team members including hiring, training, and mentoring.
• Optimize productivity by coordinating Client Service Specialist coverage.
• Directly impact growth and client retention while monitoring team goals.
• Act as local contact for operational issues.
• Serve as subject matter expert on complex account-related topics.
