Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; prefer business/economics/finance.
• Minimum 2 years in financial industry with client-facing experience.
• Experience handling confidential client information with discretion.
• Notary designation a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Client Service staff including hiring, training, and supervision.
• Increase productivity and promote client service excellence with attention to detail.
• Coordinate HR functions like timekeeping and performance reviews.
• Ensure strong client experience and resolve operational issues locally.
