Job summary

Mercer Advisors in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Manager, Client Service to lead and develop the Client Service Team, improve productivity and uphold exceptional client service in a professional office. Responsibilities include hiring and mentoring CSS staff, coordinating HR functions, optimizing workflow, and serving as SME on complex topics while supporting leadership on projects.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree as well as 2+ years in finance and client-facing experience; notary is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance related.
• Minimum 2 years of financial industry related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience.
• Experience interacting with individuals at all income levels in a professional and confidential manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Client Service Specialist, Coordinator and Interns; manage office operations.
• Coordinate HR functions including timekeeping, PTO, performance reviews; optimize workflow.
• Ensure exceptional client experience; act as local operations SME on complex topics; coordinate local projects.
