Overview

As a Small Business Client Service Manager II, you'll own complex client portfolios and act as a strategic advisor, not just maintaining business, but actively expanding it. About You

• 2-3 years of experience in commercial insurance client service or account management, with a track record of independently managing moderately complex Small Business accounts
• An active P&C license and a strong understanding of insurance products, coverage options, underwriting principles, and service processes
• The ability to assess complex client needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions with confidence and precision
• A consultative approach to engaging clients, building trust, and influencing decisions aligned with their goals
• A proactive mindset for identifying opportunities to expand accounts, cross-sell, and strengthen relationships
• Strong decision-making skills to resolve challenges effectively, always keeping client outcomes in focus
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence
• A natural ability to lead through influence, collaborate effectively, and share knowledge to elevate team performance
