Job summary

Mercer Advisors in the United States is seeking a Manager, Client Service to lead and develop a team of Client Service Specialists, Coordinators and Interns. You will drive productivity, foster excellent client service, and manage complex account topics with attention to detail and confidentiality.

You will partner with the Director, Client Service and HR to hire, train and mentor staff, oversee workflow, and advance firm-wide service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, economics, accounting or finance.
• Minimum 2 years of financial industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Client Service team through hiring, coaching and supervision.
• Coordinate workflow to optimize productivity and client experience.
• Act as SME on complex account topics and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Support leadership in strategy, training and process improvements.
