Mercer Advisors is seeking a Manager, Client Service in Los Angeles, CA. You will lead client-service specialists, drive productivity, and maintain exceptional client service with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include talent development, HR/system coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to improve processes. A bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years financial-services and client-facing experience are required; notary designation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance related)
• Minimum 2 years of financial industry related experience
• Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience
• Notary designation a plus

Responsabilités

• Participate in hiring, training, mentoring and supervision of Client Service staff
• Maximize talent via development and coaching
• Facilitate ongoing CSS training and development
• Coordinate local projects such as RMDs, tax loss harvesting, cash audits and new deposits
• Directly impact growth and client retention and monitor progress toward team goals
