Mercer Advisors in Houston, TX is seeking a Manager, Client Service to lead a team and drive client service excellence within a collaborative, professional office environment. You will supervise Client Service Specialists, coordinate operations, contribute to local strategy, and support learning and development while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and service.

You will be part of a senior leadership group, influence process improvements, and help ensure a premier client experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance related).
• Minimum 2 years of financial industry related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience.
• Notary designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, mentor and supervise Client Service Staff.
• Maximize talent via development and coaching.
• Coordinate CSS coverage and prioritize workflow.
• Serve as subject matter expert for complex account topics.
• Lead local strategy decisions and team meetings.
