Job Overview

Freese and Nichols is seeking a Client Service Leader in Houston or Pearland, Texas.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to create and develop projects and opportunities, developing client accounts with multiple practices.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal delivery teams to ensure projects meet client expectations, are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct client‑facing interactions and maintain effective relationships with clients via email, phone, and in‑person.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business development opportunities and assist in implementing Freese and Nichols sales strategies.
  • Develop relationships with identified key and strategic client accounts; may serve in one or more client representative roles.
  • Coordinate, assist, and attend client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
  • Oversee preparation of presentations for internal sales teams and external clients.
  • Prepare, attend, and participate in sales presentations such as lunch and learns, brown bag sessions, and trainings.
  • Supervise activities and tasks of identified Business Development staff.
  • Manage the Key and Strategic Account Program.
  • Coordinate with accounting to report on financial metrics such as bookings.
  • Identify areas and processes for improvement or efficiency.
  • Represent Freese and Nichols through involvement in related industry professional organizations and/or community leadership roles.
  • Develop teaming strategies for specific opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental, Business Administration, Marketing, Planning, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in a related field.
