Job summary

Freese and Nichols, Inc. is seeking a Program Controls Analyst to join our Program Management team. This role can sit in Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, or Dallas, TX offices.

You will assist in planning and executing programs by coordinating tasks, resources, and stakeholders, monitoring progress and ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Program/Project Controls experience, strong Excel and MS Project skills, and excellent written and verbal

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management and/or related field experience
• 5+ years of professional Program/Project Controls experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of projects within defined time and quality parameters and ensure adherence to the prescribed project management methodology.
• Ensure a positive experience for clients by having courteous interactions with them and doing quality work on projects.
• Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats.
• Involves working independently.
• Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work, and support in generating new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.
• Manage basic aspects of the data management system with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Develop or operate basic elements of the data management systems to deliver prescribed outcomes.
• Draft elements of project review reports and presentations to support delivery of the review process.
