Job summary

Credit Union Leasing of America (CULA) seeks a Client Service Lead in San Diego, CA, on-site, to supervise the Client Service and Total Loss teams. You will manage complex client issues, mentor staff, and drive service excellence and process improvements across leasing operations.

You will maintain strong client relationships with credit unions, handle escalations, and collaborate with leadership to optimize workflows and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must manage client relationships for credit union clients.
• Experience leading client service teams and handling escalations.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Service and Total Loss teams on a day-to-day basis.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client and lessee issues.
• Mentor and guide Client Service Representatives.
• Monitor service levels and ensure quality client interactions.
• Provide operational support and process improvements.
