CityVet in Orlando, FL seeks a Client Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm, efficient experience in-person or on the phone. You will manage appointments, educate clients, and support the team in delivering high-quality pet care.

The role requires 2+ years in veterinary medicine, excellent customer service, and preferably bilingual Spanish. Growth opportunities, health plans, and a friendly, pet-loving culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience.
• 2+ years experience in Veterinary Medicine required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Computer proficiency.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments and coordinate with team for discharge information across grooming, clinic, walk-ins, technician appointments, boarding and retail.
• Understand, communicate, and prioritize scheduled appointments and client education to ensure an efficient daily workflow.
• Greet and welcome all clients entering the clinic, check patients in, notify delays, and support staff during arrivals.
