Job summary

JPMorganChase in Plano, TX seeks a Client Service – Transaction Coordinator to support Commercial Term Lending originations by coordinating end-to-end document collection and file readiness for post-closing requests.

You will serve as the primary client contact for documentation requests, collaborating with Sales, Credit, KYC, and Closing teams; manage pipeline milestones; and help reduce risk while improving time-to-close.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial lending / CRE lending operations, loan coordination, processing, or related client service operations (analyst-level).
• Strong attention to detail and a control mindset in high-volume environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal direction.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve documentation or process issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Request borrower/guarantor/documentation; track items; elevate gaps to internal partners as needed.
• Review original loan files for completeness and accuracy; ensure forms are current and properly executed.
• Manage a pipeline of loans across stages and maintain status updates; meet SLAs.
• Coordinate across Sales, Credit/Underwriting, KYC, Party Central, Processing and Closing for smooth handoffs.
• Identify issues early and coordinate remediation plans with minimal supervision.
• Document progress and support reporting using CRE OS/Strategy and title software.
