EM Benefits, now part of RPS, is hiring a Client Service Coordinator in Rolling Meadows, IL. Responsibilities include member enrollment for ancillary insurance benefits, enrolling new cases for small employer groups, and managing eligibility changes for Billing & Enrollment.
Role supports data-driven enrollment processes and customer service across carriers. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, strong data-entry skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for member enrollment for insurance products for ancillary insurance benefits. The Client Service Coordinator also assists with enrollment of new cases (small employer groups) and eligibility adds, terms and changes for Billing & Enrollment department.

The target salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 (US Dollar) annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
