• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Interest or background in interior design, home décor, or window treatments is a plus
• Positive, professional demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups
• Coordinate scheduling between clients, designers, and installation teams
• Maintain accurate client records, project notes, and order tracking in company systems
• Support the sales process by preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing vendor communications
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and showroom visits with professionalism and warmth
• Assist with resolving client concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate incoming products and prepare materials for installation
• Organize project paperwork, samples, and office resources
• Support daily office operations and special projects
• Assist with social media, new resident mailers, and other marketing initiatives
• Capture behind-the-scenes content and help maintain our marketing calendar
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless project coordination and timely delivery
