The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceeding standards in guest services, phone etiquette, and product and service recommendations.

As a Front Bar Receptionist, you will perform the following critical functions:

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Explain, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures before, during, and after services to ensure board compliance at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Experience:

• Guest Service Experience (1 year)
• Sales and Marketing Experience
• Salon Experience Preferred
• Current Esthetic Students Preferred

Job Type: Full Time

Availability: Some Nights and Weekends Required

Education: High School, or equivalent
