Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Chicago is hiring a Front Bar Receptionist to deliver outstanding guest service and support daily operations. You will greet clients, uphold brand standards, and help meet sales goals while maintaining an organized schedule.

The role requires at least 1 year of guest service experience and (preferably) salon or skincare industry familiarity. This position may be part-time or full-time at our busy skincare bar.

Qualifications

• Guest Service Experience (1 year).
• Sales and Marketing Experience.
• Preferred Salon Experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.
• Demonstrate, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the manager to notify when supplies are low to ensure we have all items on hand.
• Assist in all in store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.
