The Client Service Associate is a key member of the firms client experience team, playing an important role in delivering a seamless, responsive, and high-touch experience. This is a highly visible position where you will interact directly with clients, support their needs, and help manage the day-to-day operations that keep relationships running smoothly. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the operational side of wealth management and the personal connection that comes with supporting clients and being part of a close-knit team.
You will work closely with and be trained by an experienced Director of Operations, gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of client service and operations. This role is centered around managing the details that matter most, opening accounts, facilitating transactions, handling documentation, and maintaining accurate client records. While this is not an advisory role, it plays a critical part in building trust and delivering an exceptional client experience.
