Job summary

NPAworldwide's Houston-based wealth management client seeks a Client Service Associate (RIA) to join the client experience team on-site in the Galleria area. You will open accounts, handle transfers, update records, and support daily operations while delivering a high-touch, client-first service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Open new client accounts and assist with ACAT transfers
  • Facilitate money movements (wires, ACH, distributions, and RMDs)
  • Coordinate and process trade instructions under advisor direction
  • Update client records including beneficiaries and banking details
  • Prepare and follow through on custodial paperwork
  • Communicate with custodians to resolve issues and complete transactions
  • Maintain accurate data within CRM and custodian platforms
  • Partner with advisors and team to ensure high-quality client experience

About the CSA Role

The Client Service Associate is a key member of the firms client experience team, playing an important role in delivering a seamless, responsive, and high-touch experience. This is a highly visible position where you will interact directly with clients, support their needs, and help manage the day-to-day operations that keep relationships running smoothly. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the operational side of wealth management and the personal connection that comes with supporting clients and being part of a close-knit team.

You will work closely with and be trained by an experienced Director of Operations, gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of client service and operations. This role is centered around managing the details that matter most, opening accounts, facilitating transactions, handling documentation, and maintaining accurate client records. While this is not an advisory role, it plays a critical part in building trust and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities Of The CSA Role
  • Open new client accounts and assist with ACAT transfers

Qualifications
  • 3 to 10 years of relevant experience supporting financial advisors
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused demeanor

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable learning and navigating CRM systems and custodian platforms (experience with Schwab is a plus)
