Job summary

Vectra Bank Colorado is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) for the El Jebel branch to provide top‑notch customer service and handle daily banking transactions. You will help clients with account services, deposits, withdrawals, and product recommendations in a community‑mocused setting.

The role emphasizes accurate balancing, cash handling, and a friendly, solution‑oriented attitude to support families and businesses in the Rocky Mountain region.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies and procedures, maintaining balancing records.
• Assist clients with opening new accounts, issuing checks, ATM cards, money transfers, and other banking services.
• Resolve client issues directly or by referral to branch/bank resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and guidance.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a Client Service Associate (Teller) to provide top notch customer service to our clients and customers at our El Jebel branch. Essential Functions

• Responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Identifies and addresses clients' needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
• Resolves clients' problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Identifies and maximizes cross-sell banks opportunities through exploring needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $22.00 – $25.00 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
