The ideal candidate will handle confidential information, prioritize meetings, and assist with project tasks while developing knowledge of account procedures and firm services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years financial services experience would be beneficial.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to learn internal software programs.
• Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality and demonstrate accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Learn and adapt to service the needs of various accounts and answer day-to-day questions from clients and advisors.
• Develop knowledge of forms and account procedures to assist clients.
• Produce quality analytical reports using various software programs.
• Promote Firm services by enhancing relationships with advisors through timely responses.
• Cultivate and grow existing client relationships and assist with marketing efforts.
