Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for a high volume of client inquiries and meetings.
• Onboard new clients and open accounts, researching client data in internal systems.
• Process asset transfers and monitor cash to identify investment opportunities.
• Prepare reports and materials for client meetings and update CRM records.
• Support Financial Advisors with events and marketing efforts.
