Job summary
HUB International in Newport Beach, CA seeks an Account Management & Service assistant to support the client services team. You will facilitate relationships with clients and partner carriers, respond to inquiries, and help with enrollment tasks and data processing.
We value an eye for detail, Excel proficiency, and at least two years in benefits. This role offers a path toward more senior account management within HUB's North American network.
Qualifications
- Hold a high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred).
- At least 2+ years of related benefits experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Account Management team with all aspects of the account-service process.
- Assist with marketing clients to carriers.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding enrollment, coverage, etc.
- Quickly respond to policy inquiries (email, phone).
- Assist with preparing OE materials, gathering census data, processing enrollments/terms/changes and other related duties.
- Maintain accurate and organized account files.

Our service team plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and partner insurance carriers.

The expected salary range for this position is $16 - $19/hr depending on geographical location and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
