Job summary

HUB International Limited in Tampa, FL is seeking an Employee Benefits Advocate to ensure clients receive outstanding service for insurance policies. You will act as the facilitator of positive relationships with clients and carrier staff to support enrollment and coverage questions.

Responsibilities include assisting Account Management with the service process, marketing clients to carriers, responding to inquiries, and maintaining organized files.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

Summary

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED (college preferred)
• 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred
• FL 2-15 L&H License or are willing to obtain
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
• Desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant experience

Required Travel: No Travel Required

Required Education: High school or equivalent
