HUB International is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to provide high-level support for commercial lines accounts, including certificates of insurance, policy changes, renewal information, and client presentations.
The role requires 1–2 years of insurance experience, a Property & Casualty license within 6 months, and strong communication, computer, and service skills. Newport Beach, CA location with focus on accurate service.

The Assistant Account Manager provides a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing commercial lines accounts. This position assists with certificates of insurance, policy changes, gathering renewal information preparing client presentations, general account assistance and other special projects. This position will require meeting daily production standards, goals and service commitments.
This position primarily involves remaining in a stationary position for the majority of the workday. The person in this position frequently communicates with colleagues and clients both in person and on the telephone; Must be able to communicate and exchange accurate information. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

The expected salary range for this position is $33-$35/hr depending on geographical location and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
