Strong Tower Associates in State College, PA is seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to keep operations running smoothly and our clients well taken care of. This full-time, in-person role supports a small financial planning team and focuses on client documents, scheduling, and office workflows.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in a CSA or related role, hands-on experience with financial paperwork, and a detail-oriented, service-first mindset.

Some offices feel like a revolving door. Strong Tower Associates isn't one of them. We're a small, close-knit financial planning firm in State College, and we're hiring an experienced Client Service Associate to keep our operations running smoothly and our clients well taken care of.

What You'll Do

• Preparing and organizing client documents and correspondence
• Completing paperwork with clients and tracking it from start to finish
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars across the team
• Supporting office operations and keeping administrative workflows on track
• Helping coordinate client events and educational workshops
• Greeting clients and answering phones as part of the broader office team

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• 3+ years in a CSA, administrative, or client service role in a financial services or advisory firm
• Hands-on experience with financial paperwork, client documentation, and office workflows

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with CRM software or office management tools
• Health and life insurance license, Series 7, or other financial services licensing
• Experience supporting multiple advisors or a team-based practice

A Note on Licensing

If you don't already hold a Series 7 or insurance license, we'll support you in getting there. There's a pay increase that comes with it.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $50,000-$65,000 depending on licensing and experience
• Quarterly bonus opportunities

• Hours: 8 AM-4 PM; close at 12 PM on Fridays during the summer
