We are seeking a professional and motivated Client Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of client meetings and project timelines
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requests and ensure satisfaction
  • Track client interactions and update records in our CRM system
  • Support account management and project execution efforts as needed
  • Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications
