Jackson Hewitt - 1766 is seeking a Client Service Associate to greet clients, manage appointments, and provide exceptional support in a welcoming, service-oriented environment.

You will actively engage with clients, distribute marketing materials, confirm appointments, follow up with prospects, and help maintain a positive client journey. Prior customer service is helpful, but growth is encouraged and supported within the team.
