Reports To:

The Client Services Associate will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership.

Job Overview

The Client Services Associate provides exceptional office and mail services, supporting operations such as processing inbound/outbound mail, distributing/delivering mail, shipping and receiving supplies, replenishing office supplies, maintaining copy/print machines, serving as a backup receptionist, and performing light maintenance and cleaning.

This role emphasizes delivering high-quality service to all clients and employees while maintaining a professional image through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent customer service to all employees.
  • Handling inbound and outbound mail and packages, including sorting, inputting data, and managing shipments.
  • Distributing mail/packages and acting as a point of contact for inquiries.
  • Maintaining multifunction devices, submitting work orders, and replenishing supplies.
  • Supporting meeting setups, building moves, and light maintenance tasks.
  • Ensuring the Business Service Center remains organized and stocked.
  • Assisting with copy/print services and monitoring equipment functionality.
  • Seeking additional tasks during downtime and building professional relationships.
  • Maintaining professionalism and guiding back-up staff on policies and procedures.
  • Providing front office coverage as needed.
Competencies
  • Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, PC proficiency, organizational skills, and knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work scheduled hours and maintain professionalism.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift packages up to 60 lbs, walk, bend, kneel, stand, sit, and operate office machinery.
Other Details

Travel is negligible. Duties may evolve over time.
