This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience interacting with clients in financial services, such as RIAs or insurance companies. This fully remote role involves working with a fully remote company, and no licensing is required. Non-profit experience is preferred.

Hippocratic Financial, a 12-year-old company, helps physicians in the USA build financial security through integrated financial services, including advising, planning, asset management, insurance, accounting, legal, and student loan management. We utilize modern processes and tailored software solutions.

As a Client Service Associate, your responsibilities will include client correspondence and coordinating tasks with our custodian, Schwab. You will serve as a guide, communicator, and organizer for 50 to 150 members, helping them navigate our services efficiently. Your professionalism and relaxed communication style should foster confidence among members, primarily doctors who value their time and expertise.

You will join a team of six client service associates and support staff, working together to ensure smooth operations. Communication is mainly via email or text message.

Our members need and want our support. We maintain a respectful environment, and disrespectful members are not tolerated.

Our company uses Schwab as the custodian, is newly SEC registered, and has developed custom software on Microsoft Dynamics. We offer a 401k plan after one year of employment, but no health insurance is provided.

If you have experience as a client service representative, client relationship manager, client support representative, client experience associate, or paraplanner, please consider applying. If you're pursuing licensing, we will support your efforts.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services or a strong passion for the field
  • Availability for a video conference most weekdays between 7 and 8 am Pacific Time
  • A reliable, dedicated workspace with a door
  • Ability to dedicate at least two 3-hour uninterrupted blocks of work per day, excluding breaks
