Job summary

Allworth Financial is seeking a Client Service Administrator to support the Client Service Department in our Dallas office. This full-time role involves maintaining local office operations, assisting partner advisors, and delivering an exceptional wealth-management client experience.

The position requires 3–5 years in financial services with a client-service focus, strong communication, and organizational skills.

  • Managing office functions – key contact for vendors, custodians and advisors.
  • Specialized knowledge of products and services.
  • Managing and reviewing calendars for advisors and preparing appropriate materials based on upcoming appointments.
  • Completing all aspects of new client account onboarding and funding.
  • Processing client service transaction requests.
  • Ability to handle multiple advisors’ book of business and complex service situations.
  • Providing notary services for client transactions.
  • Consistently demonstrates outstanding quality and accuracy of all work.
  • Expert knowledge of workflows and policies (custodian subject matter expert).
  • Creating and updating procedures and workflows.
  • Mentoring employees for skill development and career growth.
  • Identifies process improvements and partners with leaders to implement changes – brings best practices from partner firms.
  • Consistently demonstrating Allworth's guiding principles.

SUMMARY:

Our Client Service Department consistently strives for service excellence. Client Service Administrators manage local office operations, support partner advisors, and consistently deliver an exceptional wealth management client experience. Client Service Administrators are highly-skilled representatives that have demonstrated advanced proficiency in all Client Service work.

This is a full-time exempt position with the ability to work a hybrid schedule. The salary range for this position is $75- $85K.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
