Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of full-time customer service, leadership preferred.
• Leadership ability to guide and motivate others.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
• Experience in fast-paced, people-focused roles is a strong plus.
