What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships through inbound and outbound interactions to enhance client retention
• Educate clients on coverages, policy changes, and tailored insurance solutions
• Identify at‑risk policies and proactively recommend options to prevent cancellations or non‑renewals
• Assist clients in reviewing, modifying, or rewriting policies to meet evolving needs
• Shop and compare coverage options across carriers to deliver the best solutions
• Meet retention goals while maintaining accurate documentation and high‑quality service standards

What You Bring

• High school diploma required
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or retention‑focused roles
• 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty homeowners insurance
• Active 20‑44 or 2‑20 insurance license
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
