Job summary

Slide Insurance is seeking a Policy Processing Coordinator to ensure policy transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

You will process changes, cancellations, reinstatements; review requests for completeness; apply rules to route or escalate; maintain data across systems; communicate with agents and policyholders; and support continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in insurance operations or regulated environments preferred.
• Experience with business systems, spreadsheets, workflows and email platforms.
• Property & Casualty experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail in high-volume settings.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

What You’ll Do

• Process policy changes, cancellations, reinstatements, and other servicing transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Review requests and documentation to ensure completeness, compliance, and proper handling
• Apply underwriting and business rules to approve, route, or escalation policy servicing requests
• Maintain accurate policy data and records across multiple systems
• Communicate with agents, policyholders, and internal teams to resolve servicing needs and obtain required information
• Support process improvements while meeting productivity, quality, and service-level goals

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of experience in insurance operations, contact center operations, customer service, administrative support, data entry, or a regulated business environment preferred
• Experience working with business systems, spreadsheets, workflow tools, and email platforms
• Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
