StepStone Group is seeking an Analyst to join the SPAR team and support client reporting and data-related activities. You will collaborate with client service teams and internal departments to deliver accurate, timely reports and insights.

The role emphasizes data integrity, Power BI usage, and adherence to global reporting standards while managing deadlines and ad hoc client requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• Experience in data analysis or performance reporting preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitoring and reporting of investment activity and performance of leading private markets firms
• Use performance reporting systems and analytics dashboard tools (Power BI) to compile reports internally and for clients
• Processing and reconciling quarterly reports, capital account information, and cash flow activity
• Managing data requests and reporting deadlines for assigned clients
• Collaborate with SPAR Client Teams to prepare deliverables
• Assist in execution and oversight of the full lifecycle of periodic reporting processes
• Take ownership of daily and weekly duties involving client requests and cash flow data
• Complete assigned Monthly and Quarterly reports for clients
• Assist with Fee/Carry deliverables on a quarterly and annual basis
