Job summary
Capita HAAS is recruiting a Data Analyst to join the team delivering dashboards and reporting for the Health Assessment Advisory Service. The role is home-based in the UK, with responsibilities spanning data collection, governance and the development of Power BI solutions to drive insight and performance improvements.

Qualifications
- Deep technical expertise across Power Query, Power BI and Power Automate, able to design end-to-end reporting solutions.
- Advanced capability in modernising legacy reports and optimizing performance.
- Strong requirements elicitation and stakeholder engagement to translate needs into analytical solutions.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear outputs for non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide insight into performance vs strategy.
- Deliver intuitive dashboards that highlight opportunities for performance improvement.
- Ensure solutions are accessible for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Establish reporting governance with documented processes and outputs.
- Support data integration from multiple business areas ensuring consistency and alignment.
