Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Client Reporting Associate to deliver institutional client reporting for FIAM, drive automation, and leverage data to improve accuracy and speed.

This role collaborates with Client Services, Product, Technology, Performance, and Compliance to produce end-to-end reports across monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc outputs. You will handle data-heavy reporting, implement dashboards and data-validation, and support transitions from manual to automated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience in client reporting or data analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with SimCorp C1 is preferred and strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc client reports for institutional clients.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of deliverables.
• Support standard and customized reporting across diverse client structures.
• Partner with Technology and Product to ensure data integrity in reports.
• Help build dashboard-based and automated reporting solutions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
