Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• College degree preferred
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 preferred
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team
• Execute money movement transactions at client request
• Answer general non-investment questions about client accounts
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools
• Onboard and maintain client accounts with required documentation
• Provide clients with details about their account information
• Assist FAs/PWAs/teams in delivering against business plans
• Support marketing strategy and materials for client outreach
• Assist with research related to investment portfolio holdings and performance reporting
