Morgan Stanley is seeking a Registered Client Relationship Analyst to support Financial Advisors and teams by delivering exceptional client service and handling routine account administration. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) are expected.
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Advisor(s)/team in cultivating and enhancing client relationships.
• Execute money movements at client or FA/PWA/team request.
• Answer general non-investment questions and relay account information.
• Enter profile information and pre-fill documents for client accounts.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MS Online, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collecting required information.
• Provide clients with details about account objectives and risk tolerance.
• Assist with research relating to investment portfolios and prepare client meeting materials.
