Job summary

You will assist clients with everyday needs, execute money movements, and relay balances and objectives. This role emphasizes client-first service and careful handling of account details.

You will educate clients on digital tools, onboard new accounts, and help prepare materials for meetings, while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
• Two or more years in financial services industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and account documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for FAs/PWAs/teams and cultivate client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions and relay account information to clients.
• Enter client profiles and pre-fill documentation in a clerical capacity.
• Educate clients on digital tools and onboard new accounts.
• Support marketing efforts and prepare client meeting materials.
