Morgan Stanley in Cincinnati seeks a Registered Client Relationship Analyst to provide day-to-day client support to Financial Advisors and Private Wealth teams. You will help cultivate client relationships, process transactions, and manage account information with a client-first mindset.

The role requires relevant licenses, strong communication, and Microsoft Office proficiency, with emphasis on accuracy, time management, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• College degree is preferred.
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses are required/preferred.
• Two or more years of industry experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial services products (equities, bonds, funds, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Provide client support for a FA/PWA/team, cultivating and enhancing client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions at client/FA/PWA requests and relay account details.
• Answer general non-investment questions and share account balances and margins as needed.
• Enter profile information and pre-fill account documentation in clerical tasks.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools and onboarding processes.
• Assist with research for client meetings and prepare materials using firm tools.
