Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a hospitality culture through exceptional customer experiences and lasting relationships.
• Support service enhancements and engage customers using Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics across clientelling and outreach.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and store needs.
• Share product trends to wardrobe customers and build trust.
• Occasionally lead or supervise others and assist with opening/closing the store.
• Professionally represent the Talbots brand image.
