You will use clienteling techniques, stay on top of fashion trends, and participate in store events while working a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Support service enhancers to build strong relationships including active use of Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas including Clientelling/Outreach and Appointment Setting.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Understand customer needs with curiosity and confidence through conversations.
• Share current products and fashion trends to wardrobe and inspire customers.
• Participate in community/store events to promote the Talbots Brand.
