Job summary

Charles Schwab in Ohio is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to support branch operations and help deliver an outstanding client experience. You will assist the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager, contributing to growth and client satisfaction while leveraging Schwab’s culture of development and collaboration.

Licensing isn’t required for this role, but Schwab will support you in pursuing Series 7 and 63/66 licenses if aligned with your goals and timing.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Support branch operations and assist the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Contribute to growth and development of clients and the branch, with licensing support available as aligned with career goals.
• Handle client needs with tact and diplomacy and communicate effectively.
