You’ll grow through licensing assistance (Series 7 and 63/66 if aligned with your goals) and by building strong cross‑team partnerships while handling multiple client needs with tact and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience.
• Preferred experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management.
• Licensing is preferred but not required; Schwab will support Series 7 and 63/66 licensing.
• Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working independently and as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to build and maintain cross‑enterprise working relationships.
• Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules.
• May be asked to become a Notary.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager to deliver an unparalleled client experience.
• Support growth and licensing efforts for Series 7 and 63/66 as aligned with career goals.
• Build and maintain cross‑enterprise working relationships.
• Handle client needs with tact and diplomacy.
• Work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks.
