Job summary

• Associate's degree in business-related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor's in Business Administration preferred.
• Experience in client relationship management.
• Healthcare environment or third-party administrator experience.
• CRM software knowledge (Salesforce or Smartsheet).

Responsibilities

• Support Director in managing client relationships and accounts.
• Facilitate client meetings, minute-taking and action recording.
• Monitor government regulations impacting operations.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate invoices and expense reports with accounting.
• Maintain communications and effective working relationships.
• Provide issue resolution research and liaison with internal teams.
