Qualifications

• Currently hold or obtain the FINRA Series 9 and 10 license as it will be required during your tenure on the job.
• Relevant financial services or client‑facing experience with 2+ years in a management or supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high‑quality client experience in a direct client facing capacity.
• Coordinate across teams and partner with branch leadership to ensure operational accuracy and workflow efficiency.
• Coach team members, reinforce service excellence, and promote accountability to drive branch performance.
