Job summary

• Active FINRA Series 7, 9/10 and 63 licenses.
• 3 years’ experience with customer service.
• 3-5 years in a security/financial services capacity.

Responsibilities

• Inform the daily operational success of the branch as the CRM.
• Assist Branch Manager and staff with client needs and escalations.
• Deepen client relationships and coordinate cross-functional work.
• Coordinate branch paperwork and operations flow.
• Implement, train, and support new processes across the firm.
• Mentor and develop client service professionals.
