About the Position

The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) III develops relationships with prospective clients by identifying their financial needs and offering our range of products and services, including commercial and real estate loans, deposit accounts, and other financial solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing loan requests, assessing risk within bank policies, preparing documentation, and securing approvals. The CRM III also maintains existing client relationships, actively participates in community organizations, and strives to grow loan and deposit portfolios.

• Education/Certification: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Required Knowledge: Banking and lending operations, regulations, and standard practices.

• Strong math and organizational skills.
• Effective interpersonal and business development skills, including cross-selling.
