Job Description
  • Sets relationship strategies and directs relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share. Works with clients with advanced risk and needs, mentors team members.
  • Creates and drives strategies to acquire, expand, and retain client relationships, handles origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products.
  • Manages risk/return and drives quality, actively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Focuses on client opportunities, providing insights based on client needs and financial well-being, driving engagement and loyalty.
  • Manages internal and external relationships to acquire and expand clients, leveraging bank products and sales tools.
  • Analyzes, evaluates, and mitigates credit risk for complex requests using advanced credit knowledge.
Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate relevant skills, experience, and education, typically including a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of industry experience. Certifications are not required.

Pay Range

Base Salary: $104,000 – $209,300, incentive eligible based on performance.
