Job summary

Zenith American Solutions in Missouri seeks a Client Relationship Manager to support the Director in managing the client book within fund management, including liaison with clients and vendors. The role offers growth with increasing responsibility.

You will help monitor filings, facilitate client meetings, manage contracts and financial statements, and prepare reports for boards and committees. Some travel and remote work possible.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a business-related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Highly developed professionalism, maturity, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional team player with confidence and integrity to earn client and internal trust.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, manage priorities, and deliver high-caliber results.
• Proficient PC skills including Word, Excel and Outlook; PowerPoint experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors government filings and regulations affecting operations.
• Facilitates client meetings, including minute-taking and recording key actions.
• Manages contracts and documentation including client financial statements and communications.
• Collates monthly financial reports and conducts due diligence on outputs.
• Supports Director in managing client relationships and account activities.
• Maintains compliance calendars for assigned clients and supports board pre-alignment.
